February Pee Dee User Group Meeting

After creating a TidyHQ account and getting your membership setup.  Please make sure you RSVP for this event!  If you have created a membership (whether your payment has been received or not) use the "Member RSVP" ticket type when RSVPing.  If you are a guest or a presenter please use the Guest of Presenter RSVP.  We ask that everyone RSVP by Friday, Febraury 12th so we can get an accurate headcount for food.

     To make the deal sweeter for new 2016 members, Bradshaw Consulting Services, Inc. has once again donated a generous door prize for us to raffle off at the close of our February meeting.  To be eligible for this “BIG” doorprize, you must be a paid member in attendance at the February meeting.  What is the “BIG” Doorprize this year you ask?  It’s 42mm Space Gray Apple Watch, complete with aluminum case and a black sport band.  Complete specs about this product can be found here.  This would make the perfect addition to anyone’s wrist. 

February 17th Meeting Information

We will meet at the same meeting location (Florence County Drs. Bruce and Lee Foundation Library) at 10AM sharp on Wednesday, February 17th, 2016.  We will have our regular coffee and doughnuts available.  A final agenda is not yet published, but it is going to be a great meeting as far as content goes.  Chris Harvey from BCS will be giving a presentation about one of their newest Public Safety products, Forecast LE (which is focused on Law enforcement).  Lunch from Stefano’s will be served around 11:30 and to finish up the second portion of the meeting, yours truly, will get back to the basics in a presentation about geodesy, projections, and coordinate systems.  Once that is over, we can get down to the real business and figure out which one of our paid members in attendance will go home with that fancy watch!
